1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased directly from arganofficial.com

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • The item is not marked as Final Sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
  • A damaged item.

  • A defective product.

  • The wrong item.

  • Clear photos of the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3.  Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

     

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For size exchanges (if applicable), availability is subject to stock.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
